Yang Seungmin (the "Developer") treats users' personal information with care in providing the mobile game Soul Heroes (the "Service"). This Policy explains what information the Service collects, how that information is used and retained, and what rights users have.
01Information We Collect
The Service collects the following information.

To prevent fraudulent sign-ups, IP addresses are converted into an irreversible form before use, and the original IP address is not stored. |
02Collection Methods
- Collected automatically through Firebase (Analytics, Firestore) while the app is installed and used
- Provided by Google when signing in with Google Play Games Services
- Entered directly by the user in the game (nickname, etc.)
- Received through customer inquiries by email, etc.
- Entered directly by the user in the pre-registration (closed beta) form on the website; the referral source, sign-up date and time, and browser information are recorded automatically at the time of sign-up
03Purposes of Use
- Saving and restoring game progress and syncing it across multiple devices
- Providing Service features such as Arena matchmaking, clans, and rankings
- Preventing fraudulent use and ensuring service stability
- Processing in-app payments and managing purchase history
- Responding to customer inquiries and performing statistical analysis to improve the Service
- Sending closed beta invitations and official launch announcements to pre-registrants
- Analyzing pre-registration numbers by promotional channel
04Third-Party Provision and Outsourcing
The Developer does not provide users' personal information to outside parties except as specified in this Policy. However, to operate the Service, the Developer outsources processing to the following providers, and each service is subject to its own privacy policy.

05Retention and Destruction
Users' personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of providing the Service has been fulfilled or when the user requests account deletion. However, information that must be retained for a certain period under applicable laws is stored separately for that period and then destroyed.
Pre-registration information is destroyed 6 months after the official launch. Even before then, it will be deleted without delay if the registrant requests deletion.
06User Rights
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time.
- Handle it yourself using the Reset Account or Delete Account function on the in-game Settings screen

When you request account deletion, your nickname, game progress data (level, characters, currency, Gear), clan and Arena records, Google account link information, and cloud save data are deleted. However, information that must be retained for a certain period under applicable laws, such as payment history, is destroyed after the applicable retention period has passed. To request deletion of only some of your data without deleting your account, please contact us at the address below.
07Users Under 14
This game is Rated 12+ (Korea). If a child under the age of 14 uses the Service, the consent of a legal guardian may be required under the Personal Information Protection Act. Legal guardians may request that the Developer provide access to, correct, or delete the child's personal information.
08Advertising and Automatic Collection Tools
The Service currently does not display in-game advertising. Service usage statistics are collected anonymously through Firebase Analytics and used to improve the Service. If advertising is added in the future, this Policy will be revised and users will be notified through in-app announcements.
The pre-registration website (soulheroes.co.kr) uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Page visits and whether pre-registration was completed are sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. via cookies and similar technologies; the email address you enter is not sent. You can block cookies in your browser settings or turn off personalized ads in Meta ad preferences.
09Security Measures
The Developer takes the following measures to protect personal information.
- Controlling data access through Firebase security rules
- Delegating payment information to the Google Play billing system instead of storing it directly
- Allowing access to operational data only for administrator accounts
