This page explains how to delete your Soul Heroes account and game data. Even if you have not installed the game or have already uninstalled it, you can submit a request using Method 2 below.
Method 1 · Delete In-Game
If you have the game installed
Launch the game.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Read the notice, then type the confirmation phrase yourself.
Once you request deletion, access to the game is suspended immediately.
Method 2 · Request by Email
If you have not installed the game or have already uninstalled it
Please send your request to the email address below. We will process it after verifying your identity.
Information for identity verification — if you have made a purchase, one Google Play order number
If you don't know your User Code You can find it at the bottom of the Settings → Account screen in the game. If you have already deleted the app but have a payment history, a Google Play order number alone is enough to identify your account. Please understand that if you have no payment history and do not know your User Code, we may be unable to identify your account and therefore unable to process your request.
Process
Receipt Confirmed
We will reply to confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Immediate Action
Once verification is complete, game access for the account is suspended immediately.
Grace Period
Your data is retained for 30 days. If you log in again during this period, the deletion is canceled and your account is restored.
Permanent Deletion
After 30 days, your account and game data are permanently deleted.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. After 30 days, all data, including purchased items and characters, will be erased and will not be restored even if you log in again with the same account. Amounts already paid will not be refunded.

Anonymous user identifier (UID) and authentication information
All game progress data — progress, owned characters, currency, Gear, and battle records
Ranking and competitive content records
Local data stored on the device
Data Retained After Deletion
The following items must be retained under applicable laws and are kept for the prescribed period even after account deletion. These records are not used for any purpose other than those specified by law.
