The Developer operates the following protective measures so that youth can enjoy the game safely.
01Purpose
Arumi (the "Developer") has established and implements this Policy in accordance with the Juvenile Protection Act and other applicable laws so that youth are protected from harmful information and can use the Service in a healthy way.
02Game Rating
Soul Heroes is Rated 12+ (Korea). Violent depictions are limited to the level of fantasy battle effects, and the game is managed so that it does not contain sexually suggestive or gambling-like elements.
03Protection from Harmful Content
- A banned-word filter is applied so that profane, obscene, or hateful expressions are not used in information entered directly by users, such as nicknames, clan names, and clan posts.
- If a harmful nickname or post is identified, it may be changed or deleted without prior notice, and repeated violations will result in restrictions on use in accordance with the Terms of Service.
- We do not post links or advertisements that lead to external sites harmful to youth.
04Payment Protection for Youth
- If a user under the age of 19 makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the user or the legal guardian may request cancellation of the payment in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- Using Google Play's parental controls (requiring authentication for purchases and purchase approval in family groups) can help prevent unwanted payments.
05Healthy Gaming Habits
Soul Heroes is an idle game in which you keep progressing even when you are not logged in, and it is designed so that long, continuous play sessions are not required. Parents and guardians, please help guide your children to enjoy the game for an appropriate amount of time.
