These Terms apply to everyone who uses Soul Heroes. By installing and using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms below.
01Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Developer and users, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the mobile game Soul Heroes and related services (the "Service") provided by Arumi (the "Developer").
02Definitions
- "User" means a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Account" means the unique identification information assigned by the Service to identify a user and store game data, and includes guest accounts and accounts linked to a Google account.
- "Game Data" means all information within the Service that a user obtains while using the Service, such as Heroes, Gear, levels, and progress.
- "Paid Currency" means in-Service currency, such as Diamonds, that a user purchases by making a payment, and "Free Currency" means currency granted free of charge through gameplay, event rewards, etc.
- "Paid Products" means all products that a user purchases for a fee, including Paid Currency, packages, and subscription passes.
03Posting and Amendment of the Terms
- The Developer posts these Terms on the Settings screen within the Service or on the official website (soulheroes.co.kr) so that users can easily view them.
- The Developer may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. In the event of an amendment, the Developer will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, for changes unfavorable to users).
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and delete their account. If a user continues to use the Service without expressing their refusal during the notice period, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
04Formation of the Service Agreement
- The service agreement is formed when a user installs and runs the Service and agrees to these Terms.
- Users under the age of 14 must obtain the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service.
- The Developer may refuse, or subsequently terminate, a service agreement where there is a justifiable reason, such as when a user has misappropriated another person's information or when a user who was previously subject to restrictions on use signs up again.
05Account Management
- Users are responsible for managing their own account and the Google account linked to it, and may not transfer, lend, or sell their account to any third party.
- Guest accounts are stored on the device, so game data cannot be recovered if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or the device is reset. Linking a Google account is recommended to preserve your data.
- If a user becomes aware that their account has been used without authorization, the user must notify the Developer immediately.
06Protection of Personal Information
The Developer protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws; details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
07Obligations of the Developer
- The Developer complies with applicable laws and these Terms and strives to provide the Service in a stable manner.

- The Developer may change the content of the Service (Heroes, content, balance, probabilities, etc.) as necessary for operational or technical reasons, and significant changes will be announced in advance.
- The types and acquisition probabilities of probability-based items (Summons, etc.) are disclosed on the probability information screen within the Service and on the Drop Rates page of the official website.
10Purchase of Paid Products
- Paid Products are purchased through Google Play in-app billing, and the payment procedures and payment methods follow Google Play's policies.
- Users must check the details, price, and eligibility for withdrawal of a product before purchasing it, and the Developer displays this information on the purchase screen, etc.
- If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel that payment. However, cancellation may be restricted in cases specified by applicable laws, such as when the payment was made within the scope of property that the legal guardian permitted the minor to dispose of.
11Withdrawal of Purchase and Refunds
The standards and procedures for withdrawal of purchase and refunds of Paid Products are governed by the Refund Policy.
12Currency and Game Data
- Paid Currency may be used for 5 years from the date of purchase, and Free Currency and event rewards may be used for the period stated when they are granted; once that period has passed, they may expire.
- Ownership of game data and currency belongs to the Developer, and users have the right to use them in accordance with these Terms.
- If a user deletes their account, all game data and currency held by the user are deleted and cannot be recovered.
13Restrictions on Use
- If a user violates the "User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct" section, the Developer may, depending on the severity of the violation, take measures such as a warning, suspension for a set period, permanent suspension, or revocation of wrongfully obtained currency or game data.
- A user who is subject to restrictions on use may file an appeal by email within 15 days of the date they were notified of the action, and the Developer will review the appeal and notify the user of the result.
14Termination of Agreement (Account Deletion)
Users may delete their account and terminate the service agreement at any time through the in-game Settings screen or the Account Deletion Request page.
15Termination of the Service
- If the Developer terminates the Service, it will post a notice within the Service and on the official website at least 30 days before the termination date.
- Upon termination of the Service, unused Paid Currency held by users will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws and the Refund Policy.
16Damages and Disclaimer
- If the Developer causes damage to a user through intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer will compensate for such damage in accordance with applicable laws.
- Unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on its part, the Developer is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, reasons attributable to the user, problems with the user's device or network environment, or failures of services provided by third parties (such as Google).
- The Developer has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the Service between users, or between a user and a third party, and is not liable for any damages resulting from such disputes.
